I have some specific goals for myself that I am highly motivated to reach now

If someone were to ask me when I would like to begin making significant changes, I would respond by saying right now rather than later or soon.

I am willing to reflect on my experience and observe myself in action.

I am willing to change or eliminate any self-defeating behaviors or patterns that limit my success.

I see coaching as a worthwhile investment in my life. I have adequate funds to pay for coaching.

I am willing to be introspective and honest about my current situation.  I will take a hard look at my emotions.

I am willing to take feedback and look at my part in a problem and own responsibility for taking the necessary actions to move forward.

I understand that a coach will help me recognize strengths, opportunities and solutions but will not tell me what to do.

I am not looking to reduce or solve a psychological problem such as depression or an anxiety disorder in coaching. I understand that such issues are better dealt with in therapy.

I am reliable and on time for coaching commitments and appointments even if I have a lot of other things going on in my life.
